Late Cancellation Policy

We ask for 12 hours notice to cancel or change your booked class. If you cancel more than 12 hours before class: no charge, your credit is returned. If you cancel within 12 hours (a late cancel): class is deducted from your pack. To cancel class, please use the MindBody app. We know life happens, if something comes up, reach out and we’ll always do our best to work with you.

No-Show Policy

A no-show means missing a reserved class without cancelling. Because your spot is held and can’t be filled last-minute, a no-show is charged a $20 fee to the card on file, and the class is deducted from your pack.

Waitlist

If a class is full, you will have the opportunity to put yourself on the waitlist. In the event that there is a cancellation, you will be notified via text and/or email if you get into the class for which you are waitlisted.

Class Pack Expirations

All class purchases are subject to expiration dates. Please review your package expiration upon purchase, as extensions will not be granted.

Late Arrival Policy

Once class is underway, we can’t add latecomers more than 10 minutes after the start. A mid-class entrance pulls focus from the clients already moving. A late arrival counts as a late cancel and your class will be deducted from your account.

Sock Policy

Grip socks are required for class.

Refund Policy

Class packs and memberships are non-refundable. The one exception is a class we cancel: you’re never charged for that, and it’s credited back to you. Life changes, though, so unused classes can be transferred to a friend or family, just let us know.

Injuries

Clients are responsible for informing their instructor of any injuries.

Weather & Closures Policy

On rare occasions we may need to cancel classes for severe weather, a studio issue, or an unexpected instructor emergency. If we cancel a class, you’ll hear from us by text or email as early as we can. A class we cancel is always credited back to your account or rescheduled. You’re never charged for a class we couldn’t hold.
