This 30-minute introductory class is the perfect place to start your Pilates journey! This class is light, approachable, and designed to help you feel comfortable on the Reformer before diving into a full-length session. REQUIRED FOR ALL CLIENTS NEW TO REFORMER PILATES - $25 drop-in fee.

This is our signature "house" class, designed for those seeking a low-impact, mood-boosting workout. This full-body flow on the Reformer will challenge your balance, control, and mind-body connection.

All-levels friendly

Gentle Pilates exercise on the Reformer that is safe during all trimesters.

This class is for all new and expecting mamas. Gentle movement that is safe pre- and postnatal. We focus on strengthening your deep core and postural muscles to support a more comfortable pregnancy and aid in postpartum recovery. *As always, please consult with your doctor before beginning any new exercise routine during pregnancy.

Athletic Reformer

A more dynamic, contemporary-inspired reformer class for clients who are comfortable with the fundamentals and want a stronger, faster-paced flow.

Intermediate-to-advanced

Side bend restorative Pilates stretch on the Reformer.

Stretch & Flow

This 50-minute Reformer session is designed to help your body slow down and recover through gentle, restorative movement. Expect a slow-paced flow focused on deep stretches, mobility, and breath-work. Each week we curate an artist vs artist playlist to set the vibe for class. Wednesdays at 6:30pm.

This fast-paced, low-impact cardio flow challenges your core, leg muscles, and coordination utilizing the Pilates jumpboard.
