Our weekly Stretch & Flow class is slower paced, intentional movement designed to help you release tension, reconnect to your body, and walk out feeling lighter than when you walked in. Think active recovery meets deep stretch meets “I didn’t realize how much I needed that.”
And honestly? The vibe is half the experience.
Each week, we build a curated Artist vs. Artist playlist for class. One week it might be Zach Bryan vs. Noah Kahan (a fan favorite), another could be Taylor Swift vs Gracie Abrams. It keeps every class feeling a little different while still creating that signature Stretch & Flow atmosphere everyone loves.
This class is less about pushing harder and more about giving your body what it actually needs:

It’s become one of our favorite ways to slow down together during the week before busy summer schedules begin.
